So this was my first venture into manufactured homes, and what an unusually long process it was.(Compared to the normal timeframe, and at no fault of Hartwell Home Mart.) In my search I went to over 14 different home dealers in the southeast and compared many things, brands, floor plans, pricing, etc. I wanted to be absolutely sure I wouldn't regret my decision to go with a manufactured home. When I found Hartwell Home Mart they were quite welcoming in showing me around, but I knew at that point the floor plan I wanted. They also came in with an amazing price with many more services offered than some of the other dealers I looked at. The whole team, Pam, Michelle, Robert, Chris, and Gregg were all amazing when it came to dealing with any issues that arose. I do not regret my decision to trust Hartwell Home Mart for my house. I'm just finishing up unpacking and couldn't be happier!
